I don't know what got into me today, but a shiny, yellow package of Golden Oreo's kept calling my name while I was out running errands today. I bought them and ate about 2 servings. I just needed some sugar. I hope this was an isolated incident. On a positive note, I did go for a two mile walk today, and overall my calories for the day even with the Oreo's were not out of whack. But wow, it's been a while since I had such a craving I couldn't fight. Suppose they are bound to happen once in a while. As long as it doesn't become habit.

And The Oreo's Won...
I don't know what got into me today, but a shiny, yellow package of Golden Oreo's kept calling my name while I was out running errands today. I bought them and ate about 2 servings. I have found that the food screams happen right before I am about to lose a chunk of weight..Maybe a loss is coming for you?

The important question is what you did with the remainder of the package? I had a similar thing happen to me awhile ago with a bag if Doritos. After I got ahold of myself, I forgave myself & moved on & Quickly thre the test in the trash outside to keep it from calling my name again, it was worth the waste!
ReplyDeleteregular oreos are my favorite and I tried the golden ones, but they didn't do much for me. Which in the grand scheme of things is probably a good thing!!
