Walking

I am trying hard to get back on track with exercise. I have not been motivated very much, so since the weather is finally starting to resemble a little hint of Spring I have been going for walks on my lunch hour. Once I am out there, I feel great and I love breathing in that fresh air and soaking up the sunshine. But it is soooooo hard to get motivated to go some days. I am trying.

I am getting fill number 2 next week and I need to do everything in my power to make the most of it. This is a long tough road.

  1. Go for it Cheryl, I know exactly what you mean.. I had built in that mid day walk for both physical and mental health and then the damn snow fell upon us and I have been miserable ever since.. we are supposed to get 50 degree temps this weekend.. so back to that wonderful routine that you speak to... enjoy

  2. I know how you feel. I got outside for a walk today and felt great. I really can't believe how out of shape I am though. Spring is in the air and the snow is melting! Time to get out and move. Enjoy your walks. The routine is the hardest to master.

  3. you are right. it is a long tough road. people who think weight loss surgery is the easy way out are totally uninformed. but the band is great help if you use it right. keep up the good work, the reward is sweet.

  4. I've got Spring Fever bad...wish it was nicer here! Hope fill 2 makes a big difference for you this week...it's hard with no restriction!
