19 Miles Done

Doing good on my walking, trying to stay caught up each day. So far I have logged 19 miles. I wish the scale would be kind and reward me for my efforts, but alas it is being rather mean to me. Ugh!

  1. Try increasing your protein.. me and several other bandsters have and voila.. pounds drop.. good luck

  3. Protein, good thought...can't hurt to switch things up a bit, thanks for the suggestion. Come to think of it I have been eating pretty carb heavy things lately.
